Default 1990 Ford F-150

I got a problem and need some advice what to do. Every time I press the gas pedal down (alll the way to the floor board) the truck putts alittle then stalls out on me. Now, I'm wondering, could it be the fuel filter or the fuel pump? Got pics

maybe it's the rusty ass floor board prohibiting the pedal from reall be pressed
