I think that vacuum line is coming out of the pass side of the firewall by the A/C lines.

Pulled the center a/c vents and controls, saw some vacuum lines but they all seemed to be plugged in, i stuck my hand back where the vents are and pushed the flap door then the ac blew out the dash for a few seconds, now its stuck again, im completely stumped... any other ideas?

look down by the gas pedle u will see a gold cyclinder with a yellow vacum line plug it back in. if it is pluged in u will see other ones under the dash behind the glove box. if all fails look by the firewall on the driver side on the vacvum tree and check ur connections there.

Going outside to check that now, I'll snap some pics with my cell phone of a few things and post them up, maybe that will help..

there is a plastic line that comes out of teh firewall in the foam by the evaporator core...that plastic line goes to a vacuum diverter above the a/c acuumulator then there is a line that comes off of that and runs behind the intake along the firewall to the vacuum tree on the drivers side...that line is cracked somewhere...you are not getting source vacuum to your a/c control panel

Fixed it, one all 3 hardlines off the vacuum tree had a crack, cut them to where only the ends were showing and shoved a small vacuum hose over it with some tiny zipties to keep it secure..

Thanks chad, and everyone else
