Has anyone ever heard of...
a small continuously variable transmission on a centrifugal supercharger? One designed to keep the supercharger at full boost throughout the RPM range, from idle to red-line.

Last I heard the variable transmissions weren't too good at holding power. But I haven't heard anything about them in a while. $$$ though.

Looks obvious to me that the boat left without you. you cannot even seem to grasp the concept of forced induction. Maybe sit down and fully read a few books(not mags) on the subject first.

Holley was developing one a while back that looked like a A/C compressor that had a built in gear set that worked like a 3spd tranny. I couldn't find the article on it online..... I think they scraped the idea.
