I did it!!! Best pass so far in the Lightning...
So against my boss and my wife's wishes
,I decided to go to Sunshine tonight.And I'm really glad I did.Last week an 8.0.First pass of the night the L went 7.97 with a 1.73 60'
I was happy as hell I had just beat my slicks/spray 7.98 pass and almost went home but thought about the attitude I'd get from my wife and decided to stay
Fuck it,might as well have some fun if I'm not gonna get dinner cooked for me for the next week Again I'm glad I stayed cause on the third pass the L ripped of a 7.94 w/a 1.72 60'
I can't believe it,on 18" Nitto's on the motor it went faster than slicks and spray....I really love this truck

the engine is the same? and you went slower on slicks/juice? is your vtec activation point too low too?

No traction issues Joe,1.71 60s on slicks and spray,1.72 60 on DR's no bottle.

The Flux Capicator was out of Plutonium while he was on the slicks. Luckily, he was able to find more earlier in the week, so everything went well.
