lights are dim is your battery. sometimes when a battery takes a shit it is still hard to start even while jumping. I would pull the battery and take it to an autoparts store and have them load test it. If it is fine and just needing a charge you will want to check your alt. If the battery and alt check out then go for the starter. I would definately start looking at the battery first as it is the easiest thing to test and remove.

Tried pulling out the battery AND the starter x.x couldnt get either... i fail ... disconnected the battery but theres a lip that holds it in that i cant get to... radiator fluid container is blocking the tools that i have... and theres one last bolt on the alternator that i cant get off... i'll take another shot at it later though

it should be on the drivers side right in front of the strut tower about 4" below where the hood sits when its closed, some simple hand tools will take it off. Hell you could even do it with a pair of plyers if need be

+1 if you cant get the battery out tow it to someone who knows about cars. No point in pulling the alt if you dont know if the battery is good or not.
