Default Turbo'd Round 2

Well I had some issues with the old manifold being too low, not enough angle on the oil return and too much oil pressure going in. So I decided to spring for the cash and went with an entirely new setup. Here's some pics of what I have so far. It's at the exhaust shop right now getting the downpipe and oxygen sensor bung welded on.

Notice the already angled ports from JGStools.com

Old vs. New

No offense to anyone, but spraying is not a challenge. If I wanted cheap speed, sure I'd spray. But that's not what I want

There are no "kits" for this car, everything I have done so far has been fabricated. I will be getting more than 30hp when I'm done, a continuous more than 30hp.

The original setup with the ihi turbo probably gave me about 30hp at 4-5psi. This is a bigger turbo and set for about 8psi , I also bought an intercooler to be added on in the near future. The goal is still 200whp. It will be met eventually .

200whp+2200lb car = fun
