Don't bother with the "shorty" designs that retain the stock downpipe and cat. Power gains are minimal with these and the installation is a pain in the ass. Plus the are expensive.
Best to go with the long-tube "race header" designs. Best for the money is the SVT header. FRPP makes one with an EGR bung to work with the non-SVT Zetec Foci. Cheap and engineered by Cosworth. Doesn't get much better than this part.
