JEGS "Max Box" Upper "Sheet Metal" Intake Plenum for 5.0L Ford - JEGS will this clear the valve covers and not need a spacer? ill just fucking over night it for tuesday am along with valve covers gaskets a timing chain and what ever else i need

I just put a tfs-r on with tall FRPP valve covers....just a little grinding on the bottom bosses of the upper and it fit w/o a spacer.
