New concept. Man of his word. Example. Uncle Pat. Pat lists a seat for a set amount and I agree to buy it. Certian individuals see the ageement and offer more money. Seat is sold for the amount agreeded upon in the first transaction. Kind of like Roby said in his post about why can't people on here keep their word. Pat does.
