Default coil overs

Whats an affordable coilover (front) will fit a 1990 lx with(for now) Monroe struts? What is a good beginning spring rate (Daily driver)and What is a good height to begin with?I would like to get closer to stock at first and I intend on using Maximum motorsports plates.Any replies much appreciated.
