6-8 weeks isnt uncommon. Even longer if the dept is lazy and waits for a stack to build up before dealing with them. Mine took fucking 8 months up in CT... WHY you ask because the cheif had a pile of them sitting on his desk collecting dust. Once it was sent in it took about 6 weeks tho
