Default Please identify this harness

I compltely tore apart this car today just trying to see exactly what I got. I found this harness and it has two cut wires one orange and one green. What is it for and do I need it. It goes down by the tranny through the drivers floor.

You can see the rubber grommet that goes through the floor and under the car by the tranny. It goes from there and then up along the drivers kick panel and plugs into another harness under the left side of the dash. I will try to get some better pics tomorrow.

Looks like it might be something for an AOD cuz I dont recall seeing anything like that in the trans tunnel of a T5 car.

Yep it definately goes to the tranny (drivers side). The grey plug (you see in the pic) goes down and plugs into the drivers side. Anyone know what it is now? And what the other wires and black plug are for?? I dont have a manual yet.
