Also the below listed must be upgraded to the appropriate spec
flexplate SFI 29.1
driver restraint SFI 16.1
Flexplate shield SFI 30.1
at 9.99 u must add a chute
and you need a competition license at 9.99

Don't think I need a chute. What the hell is an NHRA license? You mean they'll throw me off the track if I don't have some sanctioned license and run too fast? I dont' see anywhere where it says I need more than a 6-point, do I?

up. I think you have to show up with a car that can run 8.99 or 9.99, make 3 passes and not wreck plus a physical

Do the track officals enforce this outside of events? I won't be running this thing in any offical events because it'll get stomped all over...but 9s and I need a parachute? That sucks, its only 9s!

U ever seen a 9 sec car get loose at the top end? the chute will yank her back straight

Uh,I think Chris Little's car is quite a bit faster than the one were putting together,8.50's pulling the shoot is not a 9 second car.But yes I do agree with it's safety.

Yeah It was just an example of how a chute can save your butt. especially when your headed towards a wall at 130+ mph.Hell thats just plain gotta hurt.
