yeah i did not agree with them kicking that guy off.there is alot of things that could have got him that better time,besides cheating like they were saying.reaction time and 60'foot times.they should have let him go on.

 

Pinks could be something, but they have to get a few new guys in there to run the show. They have a good idea, they just need to execute it a little better.

the black mustang was fuckin serious. after the wheelie he had to put wheelie bars on the car. he also didnt seem to launch as hard after that either???

 

If you watched the whole thing, they ran over 300 cars and then looked at the best "grouping" of cars that would give them the 16 they need and the best show. I understood the premise behind booting the guy for running a 9.7x, although it sucked they were trying to keep people with a mid 9 second car from sandbagging in a 10.0 field, and then running it only as hard as needed vs. flat out.
it would make for crappy racing (and TV) to line an 8 second car up against an 11 second car, so running everyone would make no sense.

liked it better than the normal show, we'll see how it goes..

if you watch the show over again i dont the car that stood on the bumper was teh same car that was in the top 16...that car was gray i think and was an lx not a gt
