i made a thread in tribute to the vets of america, and its good to see more people expressing appreciation and gratitude in honor of the many sacrifices our dutiful veterans have endured.

To some of us it is just a way of life. I am from a military fam. Uncle got a Navy Cross in Korea. Pops did 3 tours in Nam with a L of M combat V, DFC w/ V (USMC).
I am the flounder of the family with 2 DD-214's. Active duty (USA) Panama thing then got out. Went back for the Desert sheild/storm gig. Got bored then spent 2 years in Kosovo as a civ with the UN. Spent 2 years in Baghdad with the DOD (Apr2004-2006) and am ready to go back in Jan. Seems the 10 years as an LEO still pales in comparison but I hope can help with the war effort. I will continue until I am too old.
