Default Drag of A/C or Power Steering on motor?

So, for my turbo 302, I'm tossing up what features I want to add to the car to make myself more comfy.

I'm really wondering about A/C. Just how bad is it going to be to put it in, weight and power draw wise? Also, are there any things I can leave out of the A/C to save weight, given that all I want is col air from time to time?

Also, power steering. Really not inclined to remove my manual rack because its teh hawtness. But what kind of weight and drain am I looking at if I were to want to convert?

Don't run A/c...

and the power steering you are going to NEED unless you running a drag car or something

but if you really want you can run it off of the drive shaft...

how much h/p can possibly it take to turn the pulley on the a/c while it's not engaged? ...not much.

you would save some weight up front. depends on how much you drive the car on the street.

Good point. It'll see more street than track driving. Completly stretable except nonadjustable chairs and a spool in the rearend. I'm hoping to drive the car on average a minimum of twice a week, and a max of 4 times a week. Track once or twice a month. Whats the dela with power steering? I always thought a good manual rack was about as easy to handle as power steering.

Well, they're not really skinnys. I mean they're on like 4.5" rims, but they're rather large tires. Have to be like 165s at least. Possibly bigger.

as far as hp, short belt at the track....a/c, p/s on the street.
