I wanted to kill that old freaking man. and yeah that was his car, but it is a monte carlo. dude is like 60+ years old. but the insurance company wants to total it out and only give me $2k for it. I told them that was not good enough and called the insurance commisioner for Florida. They said to find other like vehicles for sale and get price and note the differences and show that to the insurance company to try and get more money. I allready got all the ones from auto trader. so if anyone knows of someone selling a 91 GT vert that is an auto, let me know so I can get details from them please.

2k and they keep it. I told them that was bs. We are going to go down to small claims court tomm and sue them. I found out that he owns his home so I can hopefully get some kind of money out of him to try and fix it or whatever. But this s*** sucks. I did nothing wrong and now I lose my car which I put alot of work into b/c some dude down the street has some screws loose in his head and didnt take his medicine that day.

that sucks man; f'n old people shouldn't be driving....
if the ins totals it though, I am pretty sure they would not just let you keep the car; and don't settle with them if you plan to sue....
