maybe a rebuild on the carb? general rule is the mixture screws (at the base of the carb, 2 of them) need to be opened 1 1/2 to 2 complete turns from closed. don't over tighten them but close them and back them out and see what happens. Float in the bowls could be stuck, try to "tap" on the side of the carb a little if it clears up then you know it needs a rebuild. maybe dirty inside and not letting the parts do there job.

Yes it is that one, Why you know something I don't about the car? lol..I tried the screws..I also took the whole thing off then cleaned it very good..still the same. The float didnt seem to be sticking but I'll try it anyway.

btw..The screws have like no effect no matter what you do.

What size carb?
What size jets are in it?
What size squirters are in it?
What size power vaves in it?
See..lots of questions need to be answered first.

Take the carb apart and clean it. Just cleaning the barrels wont help with the problem your having.
