Finally got the cobra back! complete fresh motor and everything.

Well...its not really a "good deal" but its good that the mess is over and you got your car back.

 

it was definately a big bill and a huge lesson learned but at the end of the day,I get to start fresh and i'll know it's properly maintained.

 

congrats bro! Feels good ey.. I didn't have my car for over a month at one time, and it sucks. Feels great getting it back tho, congrats!

 

now i just got some other things to go through,like the odemeter not working and whenever you let of the gas the car feels like it kinda drifts,and theres a thumping in the rear everytime you hit a bump,I dont think its a blown shock but i do think that the bushings on the rear control arms really need to be replaced and that might take care of the swaying and the noise.

 

the odometer is just 25 dollar gear in the cluster....
