Im not sure. I'm betting 375ish is more likely. I watched a show on the cammer and they made (I think) in the 425 range, but they were high-rev power makers and they had to tune the hell out of it to make that HP...even those engines are sold without a warranty for racing only. I have a feeling that they will not put out an N/A 400hp motor because of 1 - they have to warranty them and 2 - it will likely need to run on low-octane fuel.
Now, if they step up the fuel requirements and actually give it some compression - and cam it to make some low-end..who knows?

the cammers are reported around 400hp but they are more like 480 in race trim out of the box. the parnelli jones edition saleen is one of the worst ideas but I just hate the way they were marketing it, when I asked one of the guys at saleen about it awhile back they said who do you think of when you hear boss mustang?(my answer was Larry Shinoda) they said no, Parnelli jones(I said oh you mean the guy who was the first one to whore himself out to commercial companies who built crap with a name on it starting a chain reaction that for diehard fans/racers destroyed motorsports forever,oh yeah him too) man I almost got hung up on by someone trying to sell me a $40k car wow. Boss looks good, I like the nose design. Might buy one if they dont try to pull the GT500 crap on me.($10-20k ass rape charge) thats the reason I may never buy another Ford again.
