from what the news said they were racing and teh camaro lost control and hit the cobra and it went sideways and hit a contrete pole and he as thrown from the car and landed on the side walk

That is very sad news. Kevin was a great guy and will be missed. You never think this could happen to you or to those you know. RIP and prayers for all those involved.

Who knows, but at this point even if I was, I would be sayin I wasnt.
But that thing had to be haulin ass to get ripped apart like that...
Then again, a pair of freinds hauling ass doesnt mean they were racing, just speeding. On assignments up north when we would get off it was about a 40 mile drive through roads with nothing but cornfields. We'd be in a few different cars all clipping along at 90-100. If we had an accident and someone took a snapshot of the speeds just before the crash, it would look like we were, but in fact we werent...
