Default Turbo

Ok, I don’t know much about turbos so I was hoping you guys could help out. Other than the turbo it-self, what other parts would I need for a complete setup and how much would it cost?

piping, manifold, tuning, a good intercooler, bov, and a lot of other factors come into play... what is your compression at? how much boost do you wanna run? what hp/tq numbers do you wanna put down?

list more info on the car and im sure someone will tell you exactly what you need..

If you're looking for cheap and can weld, I have my old Proturbo Kits hotside pipes out in the garage. They need some rewelding done around the collectors and the flex joint on the crossover pipe. Also have a polished TE 63 turbo that needs a rebuild and a 40 mm HKS wastegate. You can have it all for say $500.

I have an 06 3.0L V6 I'm just looking for something a little quick, I guess... Save a little bit of gas. (I hate 4:10 gears) Ok, I am not sure if I'm going to put a turbo on yet. See, I'm making a deal with the Mrs. I can either put a turbo on my truck now and wait till 2009 for a Boss 302. Or I can trade it next year for something else.. I'm thinking either a new F-150 or an 04 Cobra. What guys do you think I should do??
