Unless you've got some SERIOUSLY low gearing in the transmission and a whole lotta HP to back your car up with, 4.10s are going to be too much for you to cruise up to GA with. I wouldn't go higher than 3.73s, but even those are gona suck to go to GA.

the GA thing is just an example like what if we got a huge hurricane and i wanted to go somewhere else to get away from the beach would i be able to drive 4.10's on the highway and not kill the motor....how much of a difference is ther between 3.73's and 4.10's???

if you can't decide on the 3.73's or 4.10's you might want to check out the 3.55's

+1 on the 3.55s by the way, unless you've got some oomph behind your motor. There is a noticable difference in the 4.10s and 3.73s. Its generally accepted that 3.73s are the tallest oyu can go while still maintaining any hitn of highwya drivability. 4.10s are not for anything you want to cruise in. You'll kill that engine in no time with the RPMs you'll have to spin to do 70MPH.

my friend has 3.73's and his car pulls hard. it doesnt sem like there would be any issues with it on the highway. i dont think that 3.55's or lower would have the same pull to them, but i may be wrong.....????

also what is a good brand of gears...
