Bill....I was just going to put my supra motor in the ford so it had a chance of actually being fast.

Just kidding....well actually the though has crossed my mind many times.

 

Mother of god, i thought about buying a 94-99 ish v6 with some miles on it, and doing a 2j.. Every little girl wanted a pony This was over the past year, then i gave up hope haha! Build both back to back, see which one can take more shit stock bottom end

 

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to put a jz motor in that mustang. and then put the 302 in my supra!!!!!!!! everyone would hate me.

I think we both know very well which motor is going to handle more abuse. Hell I think at my current power levels the 302 would have split in half by now or snapped a crank.

 

Don't know about "break less" my wife used to own a supra (same body style as yours, don't remember the year). had nothing but problems with it...
Put her in a Ford and we've been going strong ever since...

And we all know which one of those will have more "throw your ass back into the seat torque", can you guess.

 

torque?????? is that why the mustang actually moves below 4500rpm? I don't get that feeling in the supra till 4,500rpm
