Default 02 Sensor turn off

sorry for the stupid questions but I've never used a computer on a car before. I have an option to turn off the 02 sensors on my car...unit is sct 0b2....are there any advantages to this? any dis-advantages??

When my header goes in I would have to do this, already programed it lol, since there is not spot for the second 02 sensor.

I have all (3) bungs for the O2 sensors..does it matter?? I just installed them back in place......so I should still be ok?

The PCM will read the before and after cat readings and will throw the CEL for an emissions code as it will see too much N0X (oxides of nitrogen) in the after cat sensor, the computer will assume you either have a bad sensor or a faulty cat and will likely go into fail safe. Turn off the downstream oxygen sensors (B1/S2 and B2/S2) , the front ones are the only ones you need for A/F.
