In front of the office yesterday....
i'm close friends of the guys in the crx. the driver of the rodeo died in the bay flight chopper on the way to bay front. the passenger was killed instantly. the driver of the crx is at bayfront with 7 broken ribs, a broken neck, and a collapsed lung. if he lives he's gonna be charged with 2 counts of manslughter, and wreckless abandonment.

I can not say either way as I was not a witness, but I heard several people say that both cars were doing over 100. It seems that they were both going to fast... at the same time....
From what I was told, the passenger was a woman. She apparently was scared by the speeds and put her seat belt on. That is what kept her inside of the Isuzu, when it rolled, ejecting the driver.
It is sad that the people made a bad choice and it cost them dearly. The point to my post was that there is a time and a place.... this was neither.

There are Drivers and NON-drivers. Most people fit into the NON-driver class. You people would be in hell driving down the LIE/northern/southern state @ 8am, going west, with everyone going 80+ in a 55mph zone. I'm sorry if I beleive in going 10+ over the speed limit everywhere, I grew up in a different area of the country were this is everyday life. The south is a very, very slow place, physically and mentally. I am now done checking this thread, all the shit talkers now have all the time in the world to bash me.
As if the rest of his threads werent bad enough, hes gotta throw in that "Im from new york, therefore Im great" crap...Really this post wasnt bad at all, and doesnt really jive with what he said about his true driving habits, but.....
When will all the northern garbage that hates this place so much leave and make it a better place? I've driven on the LIE, Southern States Parkway at both the evening and the morning. I've also driven every interstate in Atlanta during rush hour, every interstate in Houston in rush hour, as well as Boston, LA, Miami, and dozens of other cities I cant think of.
If you are from the north and live here, great, but leave the attitude in the shit hole you came from. If you think its so much better there, great, go home. You arent wanted here anyhow.
And yeah, I was born up north. But I lived here since I was 6 years old, and Im proud of it.
Oh well, back to the topic at hand.. I feel better
