ok turn key start turn key off does not turn off.I found the problem its the plastic rod from the key to the control switch.. now does anyone know if this can be replaced or does she have to get a new column..not that it matters the car belongs to my girls grandma and she does not have alot of money to spend on it..

if I remember right you can buy it at autozone. I think it was under 20.00, just tell them its not the ign switch that the key goes in but the switch that sits on the column.

 

HaHa I just had to buy one paid 7.99 for mine.
