Default viscosity grade?

i have a 4.6 281 4v w/ 44k
whats do you guys recomend?
I believe 5w-20 is factory recomedation (correct me if im wrong)..
Now someone told me to run sythetic blend 5w-30 for the summer and
then on my next change run full sythetic 5w-20 for the rest of the year,
full synthetic 5w-30 on the hot summer months.
whats do you think... what do you recomend?
