After checking it is a known bug in the system and it will be fixed soon when TR gets a little change.

I cared, but just figured it was too much overhead to on the servers. Cranking out an email to every user that request notification, when there is a change, would cost extra processor usage and bandwidth... neither of which I pay for monthly.

I just figured that cost need to be kept to a minimum....
