Default 3G alt. case question.

I got another 3G yesterday, this one has been powdered coated. It looks that when the case was re-assembled that the rear housing was clocked wrong. Can i just remove the screws and rotate the back cover without fully removing it?

I tried, but i guess i have to remove the pulley first. I just installed it with the connectors on the opposite side. This powder coated alt. with a polished pulley looks alot better than my junkyard alt with rusty pulley.
