But you can visually tell a 351w from a 301 by looking at the distance from the water pump to where the heads sit on the block. If they are close its a 302 and if there is about an inch between them its a 351w.

D9AE is a 79 part number out of a full size LTD. 351Ws were offered in that year, i do believe that 6015 is the PN for a 351W
