Has anyone yet or know anyone that has gotten the new BBK intake? I have this intake set for my plans for the final parts for the motor upgrades eventually. Just wondering if it was straight forward install and any pwer gains that were had.

IMO...it looks different, thats it. you could make as much/more power on a 306 with a much cheaper intake

Im not too worried about peak power honestly. Its never been my thing anyway, it gets billed as a "torquey manifold" which is what attracts me. Plus im tired of the explorer intake, I want something different and we will work fine. I also want something that really sets that engine bay apart.

don't know your engine combo but on a average 30x with average aftermarket heads and cam, most all the intakes make with in a few h/p #s of each other anyhow.
you'll be "different" and 500 ahead
