Default Quick Explorer Question about Steering **Help**

OK at very very low speeds like releasing the brakes if I try to turn the steering wheel it feels stiff compared to if im actually driving down the road and make a turn. Its honestly pretty wierd it only does it at low speeds, it feels stiff under a turn, what can this be? I Got under it and none of the lines are leaking the rack is clean and not cracked or anything, power steering pump is not whining and holding all fluid? I had a 93 Ford F150 Lightning that did the same, maybe a Ford Truck thing? Any help uis appreciated guys, Thanx in advance, LMK

Well this is just a stock 5.0 gt40p motor in the explorer, think it could still be the same problem? the stiff turning at low speeds?
