black SVO on Bullits in Odessa?

black SVO on Bullits in Odessa?
I was getting gas at Gunn and 54 this evening after work and saw a very clean black SVO with grey bullit wheels on 54. It had a louder than stock exhaust and it was a younger guy driving it. I've seen the car before on 54 but never realized how clean the thing is. Does anyone know who it is?

Whadda I know? Ya seen one SVO ya've seen 'em all. Oh, wait, then Levi's is the only one I've ever seen. 
And it did run very well and looked great. And had a really nice queef sound. I wish mine would queef. It only flutters.
