tranny rebuild
does any one know of a place that will do tranny rebuilds or swaps over to a manual. espically, in cdw-27 platform (contour cougar) becausei dont have the tools or the time to do it right now.

Are you trying to say, take the existing Automatic tranny that you have no and rebuild it to convert it to manual..?
You would have to buy a Manual transmission, do some cutting and fabrication to throw in the clutch pedal, and shifter.

no either swap it over to a manual, or rebuild/replace the automatic that is in their now.

yeah i relized after the fact, i should have bought a manual, but it was te only on e the car dealer had.
