Anyone know a good place to go to get Sonic Blue paint mixed?

tell them you go to hcc the auto body program and u will get a discount on it

Just enough to repaint a rear bumper... so a qt...

I was never good in what = what, as far as pint, qt, etc. - so I would need to buy a 1/2 pint from them? Do they sell it in that increment?
