where to cut a driveshaft cut

Bought a aluminum Driveshaft from a member on TR and its a 1 1/4 too long. Its suppost to fit a fox but doesnt. Need to know if theres a place that can cut and weld an aluminum driveshaft back together a 1 1/4 shorter.

Performance shaft technologies in Clearwater. was $90 to have an aluminum shortened, welded and balanced. Was done in a day or two.
