Default Question about Brakes on 04 Cobra

i was wanting to do my brakes on the cobra, wondering two things


are they the same setup as the 2000 mustangs? or do i need to buy some new stupid tool?


what pads should i use? stock replacements from Discount??

the only real pain is the rear brakes, b-cuz you need a special tool for the caliper. but the fronts are cake. i would go with some hawk hps pads. but everyone has their preference.

FYI for anyone that cares. That tool for the rear brakes can be found at Sears or most any auto parts stores in the tool aisle. The one I purchased for the rear calipers on my SVTF ran about $15.

you need ford factory replacments or better if you dont want to clean your rims every day. and stay out of discount! that place is shitty
