I swapped out my Spec stage III after 10K because the throw out bearing blew apart.

BUT HOW MUCH POWER ARE YOU RUNNING???? I'M NOT PUSHING THAT MUCH, JUST A FOX BODY WITH A 306 AND SOME WORK, THE STAGE 1 SAYS ITS RATED AT 400 FTLBS. I DONT THINK I'LL EVER GET THIS CAR THERE!!!!
Ive got a stage 2 in mine. Some use a stage 3 if they go to the track mostly. Dont use the throw out bearing spec supplies (plastic). I didnt know that when I put the car together but its running fine. Use the Ford T/O (metal) and you should be fine. A stage one might be good for a V6 but if you putting any power down step up to a stage 2+. Good Luck.
