Yes it would have but seeing how there was no open spots for my car at the "cage shop" nor time for my friend to work on it, I had no choice in the matter and had to take it when I was told there was space and time available.
I suppose I could have taken it elsewhere and had it back long ago but given how nice the cage came out and the horror stories I have heard about other shops I am happy it went the way it did in the long run. I am very picky about who does work for me and thus far everyone has done there part perfectly. I expect the same when I fire up the motor. Hopefully I do my part putting it all back together and tuning it.
Believe me this has been a exercise in futility at times and I now see why so many quit before finishing a big project like this.
I think I have mentioned this before, do I need to draw a picture to make it crystal clear ?
yeah i hope to see your car done scott.u have stuck to your guns on what u where doing with it..
i know my main problem with me and my projects is i always decide to change combos for them or even chassis.
