Dang speedo
I hate to be the guy always asking the questions but you guys are just soo damn good at answering them 
but my speedometer just wobbles back and forth a lot espically at like 55mph or so...
Any reason for this? Is a screw lose or something?

Start looking for a new one. You could try a new speedo cable. I had a mustang that started that. Put a new cable on it and it calmed down a bit. Then I drove across country and it went whacko until it puked the needle out.
