Default What is the best bang for buck for traction

As of right now I still have the stock suspension on my 89 lx with the exception of tokico shocks/struts and lowering springs. I have brand new sumotumo tires 255/50/16 on welds and I dont hook for squat. Right now my car handles like its on rails and I want to keep it that way but I would also like to get better traction off the line so I dont want to remove my sway bars or anything like that. I know I cant have the best of both worlds but what would keep my car cornering well but hooking better? Traction bars? Control arms? What is the best bang for the buck? I am on a tight budget with a 1200/month child support payment. Thanks Chris

I was in the same bout as you for a while. I went with mega bite lowers and double adj/ upper and I love them I'm looking for a sway bar now. I would go SSB or mega bite lowers and an adj upper
