OK so this is how my day went. I got my car running great at around 3pm I also found out the other day that sunshine is now opened Saturday night to kept people off gandy so I decide I'm going to go run my car. But I have no tires so I made a couple cars around to try to find a set. A couple months back Steve B offered to lend me a set for the night so I called my nugga and asked not only did he have a set but they were for sell so we made a deal. Got home with them and they did not fit right so I decide to drive my car to the track with my street tires and put the ET DRAGS on at the track the whole way to the track the tranny is not shifting right so I decided to not race my car. After I got to the track I found out there was a burn out contest so I entered it. I was in a Black mustang I was the first one to run I did a burnout in 3 of my 4 gears for 61 seconds when my driver side tire exploded beat the fuck out of my quater panel and door and fucked up my paint. Then another black mustang only ran for about 35 seconds and gave up. A 4 door white Honda with no hood only did it for about 25 seconds and could not hold the car still. not sure what kind of car was the third one but he blew his tranny up 15 seconds in to it and the 5th guy was in a piece of shit, shit brown station wagon FWD and could hardly get the car to smoke the tires for all of about 20 seconds but he got out of his car and jumped on the hood like a jack ass. The announcer gave it to me but because 3 people were louder then every one else they gave it to him. I was so fucking pissed off I almost hit the Rev extreme guy but he came over to me and said he was sorry and I still gave the both of us 300 bucks and said next time they will judge it not by crowd approval. I can't complain I got 300 bucks kick ass but fuck I want my trophy I will post pics of how fucked up my car is in the morning. I will be back next weekend

I got screwed out of my $300 for the fastest import. They said i was disqualified for running slicks.

Didnnt think it mattered unless you were in the "E" class. I could have sworn i saw a few street cars with slicks on

I saw that run, me, Scott, and big money $hawn all agreed that you won, along with the majority of the crowd. could not even see your lights.

And i heard the first announcments and all the cars running full slicks were not eligible, If you had ET streets, maybe you could have gotten it. You did put on an impressive showing.

Anyone catch the announcer on Big Bad Buicks first run?
