Default Fuel pressure problem

SO i was at RaceRelated all day tuesday getting a partial tune for my wet kit. Only problem is im getting some sort of fuel pressure surge at WOT. On the motor and on the bottle. Cars fuel pressure will go up on accerlation but up top itll surge down 5 or 10 PSI. Car has a E303 cam, ported stock heads, and a supposed 255lph pump. At RR i had a faulty fuel noid so i replaced it. I replaced my fuel filter with a new one, all while i was there. I couldnt get under 14:1 A/F. It was lean as piss. I had the biggest flippin fuel jet in there and still was putting out a 14:1 or higher A/F. What were thinking is something to do with the fuel pump. Car has stock 19# injectors. Im completely mind boggled as to what it could be. The car does feel really sluggish up top. This weekend ill pull the tank and see if the sock on the pump is dirty. Also make sure its even a walboro pump. Any info would be great guys.

Its a wet kit. I didnt think 19# would be a prob. I thought the fuel pump would take the beating

A pressure drop usually means the pump isn't keeping up.
