Default Fuseable Link?

I think this may be the problem with my car when I tryed to convert to mass air.
We were pulling on the old harness a bit and something popped in the area where the coil is mounted, we at first suspected a fuseable link. Would this cause my car not to idle and run well once the mass air is connected?

I would be inclined to say no,if it were a fuseable link to the PCM it wouldn't run at all.Check the wiring on the mass air over. There are howvere 3 or 4 fusable links by the coil that do control different circuits in the car and you should check continuity across all of them and address as necessary.
