Default heatercore

Hey guys,reading the repair manual that i bought at discount auto parts on how to change the heater core chapter 3 lol,and i didnt understand crap they write down,it says to remove center console and intrumental panel,i have a 87 mustang with ac working its a 302,anyone changed their heater core recently and remenber how to do it,any tips would be greatly apreciated it

Its sucks..........thats my tip.


You have to remove the dash to do this,it takes some time.

If you pm ls1killer tell him you want the fpb discount,i'm sure he will hook you up.

Tony, you might to want to check out Corral.net and do a search, there are plenty of guys that changed them out, here are a couple of links for you to take a peek at with pics also, its not bad if you have done it before, but if its your first time, it will take the better part of a weekend to do it.

I just removed mine and threw it in the garbage....Wasnt to bad,,, but the dash did have to come out.
