Default Looking for a cooler spark plug locally

Checked AutoZone and Advance, neither had them. I assume because they are not for a stock application.

Motorcraft AWSFA-22C

Think Ford would have them?

I'm not set on them but they are the right price $...

Anyone know where to buy local?

If you wouldn't mind changing over to a NGK race plug, you can pick them up at Autommotive Engineering.

+1.. plugs are cheap enough and good plugs are money well spent, that's where I got mine.

The guy at AutoZone mentioned them but I didn't want to drive out there. What do they run a plug?

I'm not necessarily looking for a 'cheap' plug. Just something that fits my application and doesn't cost 8 bucks a piece.

I know the TR6's are dirt cheap and a great plug. Lots of the ls1/lt1 guys on spray use them. They are a step colder than stock as well.

Listen to this man. TR6's gapped at .35-.40. The TR6's are one heat range cooler than stock. Stock heat range on the NGK's are TR55's which is what I have in my car. They are copper plugs and work great. Just may have to change them more often but on a DOHC a plug change is cake. NAPA on Dale Mabry (near Sligh) carries them. -Mark
