Need Advice On Engine Work!!!

I'm trying to put a Ford Racing 5.0L/302 345 HP GT-40 engine in my 5spd. 98 mustang. Does anybody know about how much it will cost me to take it to a Ford shop and have them do the work? Also what modefications I would need ie: radiator, clutch, fuel pump, rear differential etc. If anyone knows please reply. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank You.
