Those 2 pics up top are of different turbos, no? The one on the left looks like a TC turbo, and bigger than the one on the right. Could you swap compressor housings and wheels? I got a bad IHI just taking up space...I think the front end stuff might be OK.
So are the internals stock right now?

ya the tc and probe turbo ihi's can swap im using the smaller one for room ...
thanx for the feed back. and yes the interals are stock there said to be good up to 250 hp but i only want arond 150 160 and id be happy
