I think you are going to do a little more than just roll the fender lip. I have a set of 15 X 10 rims on my car with a 6.5 inch B/S and it is awful close to the outer fender lip. It might actually hit just a little when I take a sharp turn. I don't see how a 10 inch rim will fit with a 4 inch B/S without them sticking out unless the rear end has been narrowed or you use some air shocks or something. Have you mounted them yet?
i know this is unusal but i dont own a Mustang. These are going on a 85 Crown Vic.
